INVESTMENT STRATEGY

We believe the COVID-19 market presents a compelling opportunity to invest in real estate. Our focus is primarily source off-market transactions through lenders and servicers and other entities within our network of business contacts.  This will allow us to target real estate assets with positive fundamentals in compelling locations at discounted prices below historical values and replacement cost. 

We will seek to pursue an opportunistic investment strategy and use its expertise to enhance the value of our investments. Our focus is on acquiring resorts, residential rental developments and professional advisory service companies throughout the U.S. and select international markets that: 

  • will be acquired below replacement costs,
  • are located in primary and secondary markets,
  • have “correctable” operational and/or physical deficiencies such as poor management, existing vacancies, or rollover exposure, 
  • have a current or near-term cash flow component; and 
  • represent an opportunity to create value through the application of skilled, proactive management, and/or expansion.

Our seasoned management team and its professional advisory companies have built a valuable network of domestic and international relationships enabling us to access many “off-market” assets for acquisition. While other firms may have similar contacts, our entrepreneurial approach and flexible culture allows for effective decision making, which enables us to act on an investment opportunity in a timely manner. This is highly attractive to sellers in today’s market and will enable us to obtain a “first look” on properties before they are brought to the broader market by brokers.
